<p id=”par-1_10″>Donna Kelce had a jam-packed weekend in New York City. </p>
<p id=”par-2_59″>On July 3, her son, Travis Kelce said “I do” to Taylor Swift in a celebrity-packed ceremony at Madison Square Garden. Funny man <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/every-celebrity-whos-officiated-a-wedding-from-adam-sandler-to-the-rock.html/”>Adam Sandler officiated</a> the wedding, which featured 1,000 guests, including boldface names like Dakota Johnson, Stevie Nicks, Gigi Hadid, and Karlie Kloss and Jared Kushner, in addition to the couple’s nearest and dearest friends and family. </p>
<p id=”par-3_18″>The day after Travis and Taylor’s extravagant nuptials, Mama Kelce celebrated another milestone occasion – America’s 250th birthday. </p>

<p id=”par-4_53″>Kelce was one of many VIP guests at the 50th Macy’s 4th of July Fireworks. The iconic department store marked the nation’s semiquincentennial with brilliant bursts reaching 1,000 feet into the sky and over 85,000 dazzling special effects, creating a magical kaleidoscope of color blanketing the Brooklyn Bridge, Hudson River and East River.</p>
<p id=”par-5_73″>The event – which aired on NBC and streamed live on Peacock – was hosted by Terry Crews and featured performances by Alexia Jayy, Noah Kahan, Post Malone, Bebe Rexha, Salt-N-Pepa, Shaboozey and Blake Shelton. In addition to Kelce, guests included Benson Boone, Rachel Dratch, Luke Evans, Joey Fatone, Harvey Guillén, Stephanie Hsu, S. Epatha Merkerson, Chrissy Metz, Kumail Nanjiani and Emily Gordon, Jodie Turner-Smith, Kerry Washington, and Rita Wilson and Tom Hanks.</p>
<p id=”par-6_43″>Naturally, Kelce’s outfit was on-theme for the Independence Day bash. She kept it casual in a loose-fitting American flag-inspired top with red and white diagonal stripes alternating with white stars on a blue background. She attended with her brother, Don, and other guests. </p>

<p id=”par-7_11″>At the event, Kelce recalled her family’s Fourth of July traditions. </p>
<p id=”par-8_50″>“I remember that I used to take the boys down to the lake, Lake Erie, and we would watch the fireworks in Euclid, Ohio,” she said in a video shared on <a href=”https://www.instagram.com/reels/DaZZmAyA3hW/” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Instagram</a>, referring to Travis and his older brother, fellow NFL star Jason Kelce. “And we had the best time.”</p>
<p id=”par-9_38″>Of course, what everyone really wants to know is what <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/inside-travis-kelce-and-taylor-swifts-wedding-weekend-schedule.html/”>Taylor and Travis’s wedding</a> was like. Unfortunately, the proud mom couldn’t share much about the ceremony and reception. But she did share that it was an event to remember.</p>
