A man was fatally stabbed Monday night in the Greater Grand Crossing neighborhood on the South Side.
The unidentified man, 48, was found with stab wounds to his body around 9:25 p.m. inside an apartment building in the 8000 block of South Ellis Avenue, Chicago police said.
He died at the scene, police said.
Area 2 detectives were investigating.
