U.S. Representative Thomas Massie (R-KY) is getting support from colleagues on both sides of the aisle as he runs for re-election against a Trump-endorsed candidate, Ed Gallrein, who has repeatedly refused to debate Massie at events in front of a live audience.
U.S. Rep. Ro Khanna (D-CA), who worked with Massie on the discharge petition to get the House to vote on the complete release of the Epstein Files (against President Trump’s wishes), wrote of Massie: “Thomas Massie is a man of character. He is the type of Congressman our founders envisioned. I hope his constituents will see the courage, independence and sincere love of country he brings to the job.”
[NOTE: Former Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) and Congresswoman Lauren Boebert (R-CO), both of whom signed Massie’s discharge petition and then refused when they were asked by the President to remove their names from it, are supporting Massie’s re-election.]
Voters should reward the Congressional iconoclasts who think their job means something more than party loyalty. They should have reelected Liz Cheney; they should re-elect Massie. Even if they don’t agree with their stands, the bravery should matter. https://t.co/aLor9bUUod

Conservative strategist Greg Nunziata, who served as policy counsel to the Senate Republican Policy Committee, and later as general counsel and domestic policy adviser to then-Sen. Marco Rubio — in addition to serving in the U.S. Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division — also wrote of Massie: “Voters should reward the Congressional iconoclasts who think their job means something more than party loyalty. They should have reelected Liz Cheney; they should re-elect Massie. Even if they don’t agree with their stands, the bravery should matter.”
University of Kentucky political scientist Dr. Pete Lynch, who is running as an Independent for Kentucky’s 6th Congressional District, wrote: “In KY-4, a vote for Gallrein is a vote for the Epstein class. A vote for Massie is a vote for accountability. Massie has a massive lead with young voters in KY-4. I really hope they get out and vote.”
