<p id=”par-1_60″>After David and <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/victoria-beckhams-beauty-evolution-redefined-ageing-gracefully.html/” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Victoria Beckham</a>‘s son, Brooklyn Beckham, publicly revealed his rift with a bombshell statement earlier this year, there hasn’t been any news that points to a reconciliation between Brooklyn and his famous parents. Now though it’s being reported that Victoria has an idea on how to mend fences with her oldest son, but David is against it. </p>
<p id=”par-2_24″>In the lengthy statement posted on his <a href=”https://www.instagram.com/stories/brooklynpeltzbeckham/?hl=en” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Instagram Stories</a>, Brooklyn didn’t hold back when discussing his rift with his mother and father. </p>
<p id=”par-3_65″>According to the Cloud 23 CEO, “My parents and their team have continued to go to the press, leaving me with no choice but to speak for myself and tell the truth about only some of the lies that have been printed … My mum hijacked my first dance with my wife, which had been planned weeks in advance to a romantic love song. </p>

<p id=”par-5_87″>Brooklyn then took aim at David writing that for his dad’s 50th birthday in May 2025, he and <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/victoria-beckhams-comments-brooklyn-beckhams-wife-nicola-peltz-really-said.html/” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>his wife, Nicola Peltz</a>, “were rejected for a week as we waited in our hotel room trying to plan quality time with him. He refused all of our attempts, unless it was at his big birthday party with a hundred guests and cameras at every corner. When he finally agreed to see me, it was under the condition that Nicola wasn’t invited. It was a slap in the face.”</p>
<p id=”par-6_79″>Victoria did not make any public comments about Brooklyn following his post but recently told the <a href=”https://www.wsj.com/style/fashion/victoria-beckham-gap-8f52aea1″ target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Wall Street Journal</a> that she and David “love our children so much. We’ve always tried to be the best parents that we can be. And you know, we’ve been in the public eye for more than 30 years right now, and all we’ve ever tried to do is protect our children and love our children. That’s all I really want to say about it.”</p>

<p id=”par-7_64″>Now a report from <a href=”https://radaronline.com/p/victoria-beckham-seeks-peace-talks-brooklyn-wife-nicola-peltz/” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Radar Online</a> claims that the fashion designer is ready to make amends with her eldest son and believes the best way to do that is to meet with Nicola to try and talk things out. The outlet’s insider added that Victoria wants to do this because she is absolutely “crushed” and “heartbroken about how things have turned out with Brooklyn.” </p>
<p id=”par-8_6″>But David doesn’t feel the same.</p>
<p id=”par-9_62″>The source alleges that the former soccer star isn’t on board with that idea because he believes Brooklyn has indulged in very “immature behavior.” The insider shared, “David doesn’t want to see Victoria give in to this sort of immature behavior. He’s appalled at the way Brooklyn is behaving right now and thinks the last thing they should do is reward it.”</p>
