<p id=”par-6_79″>According to the records, the pair closed on a 7,000-square-foot home in Lehi, Utah, in November 2025. The $2 million property has six bedrooms, multiple decks, and a resort-style pool and pickleball court. Ngatikaura filed for divorce just four months later, and it appears he might have been the one to move out of the shared abode. He was spotted, shortly after the split, shopping for home decor items not far from where he and Draper once lived together.</p>
<p id=”par-7_45″>It is unclear what the couple will do with the property now that they’re headed to divorce court.
