The Heat are coming off a 136-106 loss to the Charlotte Hornets.
Bam Adebayo did not play in the game.

Before Thursday’s game, the Heat have announced that Adebayo will be listed as probable on the injury report.
Anthony Chiang of The Miami Herald wrote: “Bam Adebayo (calf tightness) listed as probable for tomorrow’s game vs. Lakers.”

Adebayo is averaging 20.0 points, 9.7 rebounds, 2.9 assists and 1.1 steals per contest while shooting 44.4% from the field and 32.3% from three-point range in 60 games.
He has established himself as one of the best 25 players in the league.
Keith Smith of Spotrac wrote (on March 10): “Bam Adebayo has had an all-time NBA scoring night with 83 points. Second-most points in NBA history. And now his night is really over!
Unreal game from Adebayo, who set an NBA record with 36 made free throws. Previous record was 28 made free throws, shared by Wilt Chamberlain and Adrian Dantley.”

The Heat have had a solid season where they are the seventh seed in the Eastern Conference with a 38-31 record in 69 games.
They are in the middle of a two-game losing streak (but have won seven out of their last ten).
