Since then, though, NFL fans have wondered if there is a rift between the two star players. Diggs left Buffalo after the 2023 season and moved on to the Houston Texans and, now, <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/new-england-patriots-say-stand-stefon-diggs-assault-charges.html/”>the New England Patriots</a>. He addressed the rumors that he and his former teammate no longer get along. </p>

<p id=”par-2_39″>When Diggs left the Bills for the Texans, people began to wonder if his explosive on-field dynamic with Allen had soured. Diggs referred to these rumors as “evil villain stories,” and said he didn’t want to give them air.</p>
<p id=”par-3_44″>“If I feel targeted or I feel somebody’s saying something that’s wrong, can I say something? Yes. Will I say something? No. For what?” he asked <a href=”https://www.gq.com/story/stefon-diggs-gq-hype” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>GQ</a> in 2024. “I don’t gain nothing from it. None of these people sign any check of mine.”</p>

<p id=”par-5_32″>“Keep hanging your hat on that quarterback,” Diggs said in an interview. “That quarterback is a Hall of Fame [QB]… I do have a lot of love and respect for that team.”</p>
<p id=”par-6_7″>Allen said he <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/patriots-coach-hails-stefon-diggs-as-a-great-leader.html/”>feels the same way</a>.</p>
<p id=”par-7_58″>“I’ve got nothing but love and respect for Stef,” Allen said, per <a target=”_blank” href=”https://www.si.com/nfl/bills/onsi/bills-josh-allen-responds-to-stefon-diggs-honest-comments-at-super-bowl” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Sports Illustrated</a>. “Some of the plays he made for us and even continues to make now, I was watching, I think the Texans game, where he caught a little short post in the end zone — hands caught it. The dude is an unbelievable football player.”</p>
<p id=”par-8_20″>Diggs will play in his first-ever <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/news/wanted-guest-performers-bad-bunnys-super-bowl-halftime-show.html/”>Super Bowl on Feb. 8</a>. The Bills were eliminated in the AFC Divisional Round.</p>
