The Los Angeles Rams have had a thrilling ride in the NFL playoffs, and Matthew Stafford’s wife Kelly Stafford is feeling the stress. Los Angeles won their first two NFL playoff games by a combined six points ahead of the NFC Championship.
The Rams won both matchups by three points, including an exciting overtime victory over the Bears in Chicago during the divisional round. Kelly took to Instagram to express her stress level during the postseason while sharing some photos of the Stafford family from Chicago.
“Anyone else feel like the stress of these games is shaving years off your life??!” Kelly said in a January 20, 2026, Instagram post. “2-0. #mvd Thank goodness the Rams handled the cold better than my jacket 😬.”

Kelly made headlines earlier this NFL season by hitting pause on her popular “The Morning After” podcast. Back in November, Kelly provided an update on the future of the podcast, pointing to wanting to enjoy the Rams’ season as one of several reasons for the break.
“… I feel this pull to get back to my roots, and to do that, I have to pour into the people I love most,” Kelly noted in a November 26, message posted on the show’s Instagram page. “I’ve got a husband in the middle of the one hell of a season, and I want to be fully locked in with him.
“I want to be present for my girls. I want to give my whole heart to the people who have always given theirs to me.”
Kelly Stafford Revealed She Has Attended Every Rams Game This NFL Season
The couple are parents to four kids, all girls, making Matthew a proud girl dad. Ahead of the NFL playoffs, Kelly posted a heartfelt message about her favorite NFL quarterback.
Kelly revealed that she has attended every Rams game and brought the couple’s daughters to nearly all of these matchups as well.
“Year 17 regular season is complete,” Kelly said in a January 7, Instagram message. “Never thought I would see the day I would go to every game and bring my daughters to 15 out of 17, but I’m so glad I did.
“What a season to witness in person. The passion for football it instilled in my daughters (now all of the them want to play QB on a girls flag football team) is so fun to see, but also for them to start to understand how hard work and dedication pays off,” Kelly continued.
“We all needed that lesson. Watching their dad fail, realizing it’s ok, and it’s how you respond to that failure that makes up who you are. Incredibly blessed to witness the man I love, with the girls I love, do the thing he loves most ❤️ Now onto the next, playoffs baby!”
Kelly is likely hoping Matthew can lead the Rams to one more game in San Francisco: the Super Bowl.
