CTA Green Line service disrupted after train stalls in Englewood

CTA Green Line service was disrupted Monday morning after a train stalled in Englewood on the South Side.

The train stopped moving around 2:40 a.m. near 63rd and Halsted streets, temporarily suspending service between 35th-Bronzeville-IIT and 63rd/Cottage Grove and Ashland/63rd, according to CTA.

Shuttle buses were operating from Halsted/63rd to Ashland/63rd to provide connecting service in both directions.
