<p id=”par-2_61″>Taylor Swift is officially more involved than she likely wants to be in Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni’s <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/blake-lively-hit-another-lawsuit-it-ends-with-us-legal-drama.html/”><em>It Ends With Us </em>legal battle</a>. Lively initially accused Baldoni of sexual harassment and also claimed he and the studio behind the film attempted to damage her reputation. Baldoni then sued Lively and Ryan Reynolds for civil extortion, defamation, and invasion of privacy. </p>
<p id=”par-3_42″>Baldoni also noted that Lively’s “megacelebrity friend,” thought to be Swift, pressured him into giving Lively more creative freedom with the film. Texts between Lively and Baldoni also showed Lively calling Swift one of her “dragons” whom she’ll use to protect herself.</p>
<p id=”par-4_16″>Baldoni’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman said on <a href=”https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QQ9S8sChHtM” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>TMZ</a>’s <em>Two Angry Men</em> podcast that he might depose Swift. </p>
<p id=”par-5_46″>“I don’t know that we’re going to depose Taylor Swift or not,” Freedman said. “I think that that’s gonna be probably a game-time decision. … Anyone that reasonably has information that can provide evidence in this case is going to be deposed. I mean, for sure.”</p>
<p id=”par-6_21″>An insider told <a href=”https://www.usmagazine.com/celebrity-news/news/taylor-swift-had-no-creative-involvement-in-it-ends-with-us/” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Us Weekly</a> that Swift “doesn’t have any involvement in the case” and wants to remain out of it.</p>

<p id=”par-9_32″>Another source echoed the sentiment. “Taylor never even saw the film or a single scene from it until the movie was in theaters,” they said. “She is not relevant to the case.”</p>
