<p id=”par-1_34″>Denise Richards is opening up about her crazy life with her three kids. The actor and her family star in the new <a href=”http://cheatsheet.com/tag/bravo”>Bravo</a> series <em>Denise Richards and Her Wild Things, </em>which premieres March 4. </p>
<p id=”par-2_49″>In a teaser for the comedic docuseries, Richards gets candid about parenting three children, including the two daughters she shares with <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/rhobh-charlie-sheen-reacts-to-denise-richards-quitting-the-show.html/”>ex Charlie Sheen</a>. She jokingly worries that she and her former husband (to whom she was married from 2002 to 2006) might have seriously screwed up their kids. </p>

<p id=”par-3_17″>Richards is a mom to three daughters: Sami Sheen, 20, Lola Sheen, 19, and Eloise Richards, 13. </p>
<p id=”par-4_32″>“I’m a cool mom,” she says in the teaser (via <a href=”https://www.bravotv.com/denise-richards-and-her-wild-things/season-1/videos/your-first-look-at-denise-richards-and-her-wild” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Bravo</a>). But being the coolest parent in the room doesn’t mean that raising a trio of girls is all fun and games. </p>
<p id=”par-5_31″>“Being a parent in the public eye and in Hollywood is really hard, especially when your mom and dad are <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/rhobh-denise-richards-charlie-sheen-divorce.html/”>Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen</a>,” she says in a confessional segment. </p>
<p id=”par-6_27″>“I guess you have a f***ed up mom and a f***ed up dad,” she tells Sami and Lola. “And we’ve got f***ed up kids now. I’m kidding!” </p>
<p id=”par-7_13″>Richards might be joking, but managing her two oldest is difficult, she says. </p>
<p id=”par-8_43″>“I’m trying to just keep the family together and these girls make it so f***ing hard,” she says. “People think it gets so much easier when they’re older. It gets harder. And there’s no damn *ss f***ing handbook for it, that’s for sure. </p>

<p id=”par-9_37″><em>The World Is Not Enough </em>actor is no stranger to reality TV. She starred in E!’s <em>Denise Richards: It’s Complicated </em>from 2008 to 2009. She was also a cast member on <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/rhobh-denise-richards-breaking-contract.html/”><em>The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills</em></a><em>. </em></p>
<p id=”par-10_37″>Several of Richards’ <em>RHOBH </em>co-stars pop up in the <em>Wild Things </em>trailer, including Camille Grammer, Garcelle Beauvais, Sutton Stracke, and Kathy Hilton. Erika Jayne also makes an appearance, leading to a shocked “oh f***” reaction from Richards. </p>
<p id=”par-11_25″>Richards and Jayne clashed during their time on <em>RHOBH. </em>In 2024, their conflict flared up with Jayne brought up Sami’s OnlyFans account during a dinner. </p>
<p id=”par-12_43″><em>Denise Richards and Her Wild Things </em>premieres Tuesday, March 5 following a new episode of <em>The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. </em>Starting March 11, the show moves to its regular 9 p.m. ET/PT timeslot on Bravo. Episodes stream the next day on Peacock. </p>
