These restaurants are offering romantic, multicourse Valentine’s Day specials

Love will be in the air for Valentine’s Day and for many true love will be celebrated with a fine meal as several restaurants offer special dinners in romantic settings.

So for those making dinner plans, here are a few restaurants serving multicourse Valentine’s Day specials.

Castaway

When: Friday, Feb.14

Where: 1250 East Harvard Road, Burbank

With its sweeping hilltop views of the San Fernando Valley, Castaway is known as a romantic date hot spot so it’ll be a popular place on Valentine’s Day. The restaurant has several dinner options that include  $150 for indoor tables, $175 for window seats, $185 for the patio and $195 by the firepit per person.  Among the many options on the five-course menu are black burgundy truffles, filet mignon, Hamachi and Ahi Tuna crudo and Chilean sea bass.

The high-end taqueria will offer a three-course Valentine’s dinner at both of its locations that will include options like corn poblano soup, arugula red beet salad, Surf and Turf and arroz con leche cake for  $95 per couple.

Hotel Maya

When: Friday, Feb. 14

Where: 700 Queensway Drive, Long Beach

The hotel’s modern Latin restaurant Fuego will offer a four-course dinner dubbed “Cupid Cabana.” It will include Oysters on the Half Shell, Creekstone Farms Petit Filet Mignon, Maine Lobster Tagliatelle, or Roasted Beet Risotto. The night will also feature  live entertainment. Fuego’s Valentine’s Day dinner is $100 per person plus you get romantic views of the ocean and downtown Long Beach.

Las Brisas

Take in the seaside views and dine on a Valentine’s Day menu that includes choices like spicy tuna tostada, chicken mole enchiladas, grilled lamb chops and dessert like Tres Leches cake and marbled cheesecake for $140 per person.

Le Chat Noir

It doesn’t get more romantic than French cuisine for Valentine’s Day and for Riverside residents the place to be is Le Chat Noir. The restaurant is offering a multicourse  $125 per person dinner that includes options that even sound romantic like Crevettes a la Moutarde de Dijon, Filet Mignon de Boeuf au Poivre Vert or Poisson Frais du Jour.  Oooh la la.

Odyssey

When: Friday, Feb.14

This romantic spot has panoramic hilltop views and a five-course tasting menu for Valentine’s Day that includes choices like tomato bisque, beef carpaccio chimichurri, Chilean sea bass and an eight-layer chocolate cake for $95 per person.

Owen’s Bistro

When: Friday, Feb.14-Feb. 16

With its brick wall and romantic patio, this modern American restaurant is a hidden gem in Chino. So discover it on Valentine’s Day and grub on a dinner that includes options like truffle mushroom soup or Caesar Salad to start plus entrees like  filet mignon or main lobster tail and vanilla bean panna cotta for $110 per person.

San Pedro Fish Market

When: Friday, Feb. 14-Sunday, Feb. 16

Love and seafood come together at the famed fish market with a three-course Valentine’s Dinner for two priced at $119 per couple. The dinner is available at three Fish Market locations and includes a glass of prosecco, appetizers including ceviche or clam chowder plus the market’s famous Shrimp Tray or a choice of  two entrées like whole lobster, salmon with seasonal veggies, shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo and mussel steamers plus dessert options that include Tres Leches Cake, or Mango Sorbet.
