<p id=”par-1_84″>Janelle Brown is set on ensuring the property she bought in North Carolina to house Taeda Farms does not suffer the same fate as <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/how-much-is-coyote-pass-really-worth.html/”>Coyote Pass</a>, the property she owned in Flagstaff, Arizona, with the rest of the Brown family. Janelle and her daughter and son-in-law are moving quickly to develop the land that the <em><a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/tag/sister-wives/”>Sister Wives</a></em> star bought last year. It looks like she has big plans for the property and Taeda Farms, the floral business she plans to run from the acreage.</p>

<p id=”par-2_56″>Janelle Brown is moving quickly to ensure<a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/janelle-brown-launches-business-following-move-north-carolina.html/”> the property she purchased in North Carolina</a> doesn’t sit unused like Coyote Pass. She closed on the acreage in March 2024 and has been updating fans about her plans for her new home ever since. It looks like 2025 will be a big year for the mother of six.</p>

<p id=”par-3_97″>In late January, Janelle Brown took to Taeda Farms’ <a href=”https://www.instagram.com/taedafarms/?hl=en” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Instagram </a>account to show off the progress that she had made. While no structures are built yet, she, with the help of Maddie and Caleb Brush, has taken the first big step in getting things set up. A hired contractor cleared a large plot of land where Janelle’s home will eventually sit. While she insists she intends to leave much of the 156 acres of land untouched, the property will ultimately serve as her home and place of business. The large clearing will be where everything is centered.</p>

<p id=”par-4_61″>While Janelle didn’t offer a timeline for building, it looks like she’s pretty actively involved in getting the process moving. Janelle was also the most vocal Brown family member regarding Coyote Pass. Her ultimate goal was to build a home and live on that property. When her marriage to Kody failed, she changed directions. It has worked out for the best.</p>

<p id=”par-5_72″>While the Brown family initially had plans to build on Coyote Pass, they never agreed on how the property should be split or what type of structure they should place on the acreage. Initially, Kody Brown wanted to build one large house with separate living spaces for his wives. At the time of the proposal, he was legally married to Robyn Brown. He was also spiritually connected to Meri, Christine, and Janelle.</p>

<p id=”par-6_76″>Christine Brown, who left Kody in 2021, staunchly opposed the idea. Later, the family agreed to split the property up. The plan was for each wife to build their own homes on individual plots of land. Once Kody’s marriages unraveled, he abandoned any serious attempt to build on the property. He has since moved into <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/kody-brown-robyn-brown-purchase-new-home-flagstaff-arizona.html/”>a new, larger home</a> in Flagstaff with his only remaining wife. His three ex-wives have all moved out of the state.</p>
