Over the years, Meghan has become involved in a number of business deals, including a podcast, a Netflix show, and investing in a hair care brand. But Harry, who did make plenty of money selling his “Spare” memoir, has mostly remained <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/2027-invictus-games-going-complicated-harry-meghan-not-just-royal-family.html/”>focused on his charities</a>.</p>
<p id=”par-2_39″>Now, an insider close to the couple has revealed that Harry might not want much to do with making money. The source claims Harry would be fine if Meghan made “all the money” while he worked on charitable endeavors.</p>

The Duke of Sussex has made his two major charities, The <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/2027-invictus-games-location-raises-really-difficult-controversial-questions-prince-harry-king-charles.html/”>Invictus Games Foundation</a> and Sentebale, his main priorities since leaving the royal family in 2020. Now, sources close to the duke and duchess are speaking a little more about what it’s been like to work with them over the last five years since they left the royal family. And it turns out Harry isn’t all that interested in doing what Meghan does.</p>
<p id=”par-4_65″>A potential employee who was interviewing to work for Harry told <a href=”https://www.vanityfair.com/style/story/prince-harry-meghan-markle-cover-story-2025?srsltid=AfmBOooo3H0GzATzvF9kUDXIyvGgPuKAD1OEZ1FFchbu9Gvlx0ZJj-A_”>Vanity Fair</a> that he had an interesting attitude when it came to work. “Well, why should I do this?” or “Why are we doing this?” are two phrases the employee told Vanity Fair in regards to the way Harry perceived taking on a podcast of his own, which Spotify reportedly wanted him to do.</p>
<p id=”par-5_39″>“He looks like the kind of guy who would, frankly, happily work for charities for the rest of his life and would be very happy if Meghan made all the money and he didn’t need to,” the person said.</p>

<p id=”par-6_46″>The prince has always been someone who wanted to help others, and it seems like that hasn’t changed since he left the royal family. Harry and Meghan’s charity, The Archewell Foundation, was one of the first things they established when they set out on their own.</p>
<p id=”par-7_66″>Harry has continued working on his <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/king-charles-cant-not-go-prince-harrys-2027-invictus-games.html/”>Invictus Games Foundation</a>, which allows injured or sick armed forces personnel to compete in a series of Olympic-style games. His Sentebale charity works with those impacted by HIV/AIDS in countries in Southern Africa. It gives him purpose, so perhaps it is up to Meghan to bring in the money. But if it works for them, then nobody else can judge.</p>
