Colorado 93 is closed between Golden and Boulder because of adverse weather conditions, according to the Colorado Department of Transportation.
The highway was closed in both directions as of 2:08 p.m. between 58th Avenue and Colorado 170, south of Eldorado Springs. Traffic cameras showed blowing snow covering stretches of the roadway and there are wind gusts up to 42 mph, state officials said.
