The former polygamist appears to be at odds with his fourth wife now. He’s blaming her for forcing him to drag out his other failing marriages. In the show’s most recent episode, Kody Brown said Robyn Brown “pressured” him into staying with his other wives. He claimed he would have left sooner if it hadn’t been for her. She insisted that wasn’t the case. Everyone, including <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/janelle-brown-doesnt-believe-meri-brown-idea-legally-divorced.html/”>Kody’s second e-wife, </a>Janelle Brown, is weighing in.</p>

<p id=”par-2_71″>Janelle Brown left Kody Brown in 2022 after several months of significant marital strife. Kody Brown briefly seemed interested in getting back in Janelle’s good graces. His motives apparently were different than they appeared. His recent comments make it sound like <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/sister-wives-christine-brown-says-robyn-brown-planted-the-seed-to-become-kody-browns-legal-wife-early-on-robyn-denies-it.html/”>Robyn Brown was behind that scheme</a>, too. While Kody can say what he wants, <em>Sister Wives</em> fans aren’t buying his story, and it sounds like Janelle isn’t buying it either.</p>

<p id=”par-3_93″>During the most recent episode of <em>Sister Wives</em>, Janelle Brown spoke out about Kody’s revelation that Robyn Brown pressured him to keep his other wives around. Janelle admitted that she didn’t have any insider information on what Robyn and Kody’s dynamic happens to be. Still, she said it would be a “shame” if Kody allowed Robyn to take so much control of his life that he felt forced to stay with wives he no longer loved and in relationships that were no longer working. She didn’t seem convinced that is what happened, though.</p>

<p id=”par-4_90″>Janelle Brown has some pretty strong feelings about Kody’s revelation. <em>Sister Wives</em> fans do, too. Following the episode, many fans took to social media to call out Kody for making up stories. Many <em>Sister Wives</em> viewers have long believed that Robyn Brown never truly desired to live a plural life. In fact, many viewers believe Robyn has gotten exactly what she wanted all along: a monogamous union. If Robyn was after a monogamous marriage, there would be no reason for her to push Kody to reconcile with his other wives.</p>

<p id=”par-5_68″>Instead of Robyn pushing Kody to make things work, fans believe Kody was always behind <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/sister-wives-meri-brown-reveals-exactly-how-kody-brown-cruelly-strung-her-along-for-years-was-it-for-money.html/”>the manipulation to keep Meri Brown around</a>. Some viewers have theorized Kody tried to keep his marriages together because he was interested in keeping the money that both Janelle Brown and Meri Brown brought into the marriage. It’s possible he also worried that without his plural marriage, his reality TV career would end.</p>
<p id=”par-6_30″>Now, that isn’t a concern, though. TLC appears to be<a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/a-utah-cafe-confirms-sister-wives-season-20-is-in-the-works.html/”> filming season 20</a>, despite the Brown family no longer living as a plural family or even in the same state.</p>
