<p id=”par-2_25″>The season 6 finale of <em>1000-lb Sisters </em>will air Tuesday, Dec. 17 at 9 p.m. ET/PT, just two months after the season premiere in October. </p>

Once they’re back in Kentucky, Chris moves forward with skin removal surgery, a procedure he’s long been looking forward to. Amy continues to embrace her wild post-divorce life by participating in a risqué photoshoot.</p>
<p id=”par-4_30″>Meanwhile, Tammy is preparing for her own skin removal surgery. She’s finally found doctors who can do the procedure, but some test results force her to confess a long-held secret. </p>

<p id=”par-5_81″>Family conflict has been a theme on this season of <em>1000-lb Sisters. </em>Amy has been struggling since her <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/1000-lb-sisters-amy-slaton-michael-halterman-divorcing.html/”>divorce from Michael Halterman</a>, while Tammy has clashed with her sister Amanda. Tammy and Amy have also had their issues, which came to a head during a limo ride after a girl’s night out in the show’s Nov. 26 episode. During the trip, Amy made off-color comments to the driver, burped loudly, and passed gas, leading to an explosive fight between the siblings. </p>
<p id=”par-6_13″>After the episode aired, Tammy took to social media to defend her actions. </p>
<p id=”par-7_33″>“I’m not trying to bash Amy. I love her to death,” she said in the video shared on <a href=”https://www.instagram.com/p/DDNcX3pSil7/?hl=en” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Instagram</a>. At the same time, Amy’s behavior was “embarrassing” and “immature,” the TLC star said. </p>
<p id=”par-8_53″>Tammy added that there was more to the incident than was shown on TV. Amy was drunk at the time, Tammy said, and also in the midst of a relationship with a man who “wasn’t a good guy.” Those factors might provide context for Amy’s behavior, Tammy said, but they didn’t excuse it.</p>
<p id=”par-9_22″>“I’m sorry for the way I treated her. I’m sorry for the names I called her,” Tammy said. “But she was reckless.” </p>
<p id=”par-10_19″>Viewers who assumed she was to blame for the argument had the wrong end of the stick, she added. </p>
<p id=”par-11_39″>“I’m not always the bad guy here and I’m not trying to be a victim either,” she wrote in another statement <a href=”https://www.nine.com.au/entertainment/latest/1000lb-sisters-tammy-slaton-defends-self-argument-amy-slaton-limousine/aa0e2f87-7b0b-4ff5-8db9-1f74a6050c23″ target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>shared on social media</a>. “I just wish people would get the story straight before judging and assuming.” </p>
