The incident happened at about 3:30 p.m. Friday when the driver lost control on a curve along Seminary Drive, according to the California Highway Patrol. Officers released him to get medical care, said CHP Officer Darrel Horner. The agency plans to recommend that the Marin County District Attorney’s Office file DUI charges, Horner said.

A crew from Diego Truck Repair and Towing in Greenbrae hauled the Ferrari out of the muck.

The driver, whom police identified as Jeff Neugebauer, 61, of Mill Valley, declined to comment on Monday.
