Jayden Elliot Patrick of Santa Rosa was allegedly driving drunk when he crashed into another vehicle around 1:20 a.m. Monday, Nov. 25, at Grafton and Jules avenues, in the Ingleside neighborhood, said a news release Wednesday from the San Francisco district attorney’s office.

The two passengers in his vehicle died at the scene. They were identified as Tamya Watson, 42, and Nebiet Barham, 35, both of San Francisco.

Three of the four people from the other car were taken to a hospital for treatment; one had injuries described as life-threatening.

The charges against Patrick also include reckless driving and driving under the influence of alcohol, the district attorney said.
