<p id=”par-3_41″>More recently, a source told <a href=”https://www.intouchweekly.com/posts/drake-reached-out-to-j-lo-after-she-filed-ben-affleck-divorce/” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>In Touch Weekly</a> that <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/drake-told-jennifer-lopez-ready-step-satisfy-ben-affleck-divorce-source-says.html/”>Drake reached out to Lopez</a> following the news of her divorce from Ben Affleck. The insider alleged that she and Drake were having fun “sexting,” but Lopez wasn’t looking to get serious.</p>
<p id=”par-4_47″>“As soon as she filed the papers, Drake reached out,” an insider said. “He was very sweet and told her what a fool Ben is for letting her get away, and then he quickly let her know he’s ready and willing to step in and satisfy her.”</p>
<p id=”par-5_43″>In November 2024, another source told <a href=”https://www.intouchweekly.com/posts/jennifer-lopez-is-ready-to-date-again-amid-ben-affleck-divorce-excl/” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>In Touch Weekly</a> that Lopez now feels ready to date after Affleck. She stepped out on the red carpet for <em>Unstoppable</em> in Gucci heels and a bubble skirt, which the insider said showed Affleck “what he’s missing.”</p>
<p id=”par-6_28″>“She’s also sending a message to all the men out there: She’s never looked — or felt — better, and she’s ready to date again,” the source added.</p>
<p id=”par-7_28″>Lopez allegedly still doesn’t want to engage in a serious relationship, but the source added that “she is looking to have some fun. She’s on the prowl again.”</p>
<p id=”par-8_42″>This might leave the door open for Drake to make his flirty texts with Lopez mean something more. “Drake has always had a thing for J.Lo,” the source continued. “And if he plays his cards right, who knows? Maybe he can finally get her.”</p>

Laurent thinks Lopez is better suited for a business “powerhouse.”</p>
