One person is dead Tuesday morning after an overnight shooting in Denver turned fatal, police said.
Denver officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 9900 block of East Harvard Avenue in Denver’s Hampden neighborhood early Tuesday morning, according to a 2:36 a.m. post on X from the police department.
Paramedics took one victim, who has not been identified by police, to the hospital where they later died from their injuries, police said.

The shooting is under investigation as a homicide, but no suspects had been identified and no arrests had been made as of Tuesday morning, police said.
