Veterans Day 2024: Dining freebies and discounts for military

Chain restaurants will be thanking members of the U.S. military for their service on Veterans Day, Nov. 11, with offers ranging from burgers and steaks to snacks.

Most offers are for active and retired military, veterans and reservists. Nearly all of them require customers show valid military ID or proof of service.

Most offers are for dine-in only and don’t cover family and friends. Check details and restrictions before you go.
