A pedestrian involved in a traffic crash in Denver on early Tuesday morning has died, according to the Denver Police Department.

After the crash, which took place at Montana Place and Jackson Street in the Cory-Merill neighborhood, the pedestrian was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. The motorist remained on scene and has not been charged.
The pedestrian’s identity has not been released. The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
