The hip-hop mogul had built an empire, and everyone wanted to be a part of it. He held now-infamous “white parties” that only the biggest celebrities were invited to, and everyone wanted to be associated with him. That was, until people realized what it really meant to be associated with someone like Diddy.</p>
<p id=”par-2_59″>Fast forward to 2023, and a bombshell lawsuit from <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/sean-diddy-combs-lawyer-explained-attacked-cassie-hotel-footage.html/”>singer Cassie Ventura uncovered</a> years of alleged physical and sexual abuse. From there, everything in Diddy’s world spiraled, and in September 2024, he was arrested on charges including racketeering and sex trafficking. Now, Suge Knight is revealing what he believes is the real reason Diddy did so many harmful things.</p>

<p id=”par-3_105″>Knight, who is currently imprisoned on a 28-year sentence for voluntary manslaughter, isn’t afraid to speak out <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/suge-knight-thought-diddy-lowest-respect.html/”>about the Diddy situation</a>. As the former CEO of Death Row Records, Knight saw and heard a lot about what went on in the hip-hop industry, and perhaps since he’s already in prison, he’s not afraid to speak out about it. In an interview with <a href=”https://www.newsnationnow.com/entertainment-news/suge-knight-claims-diddy-participated-in-abuse-assault-with-higher-ups/”>News Nation</a>, Knight called out rappers <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/jay-z-and-beyonce-sending-message-diddy-case-attorney-says.html/”>including Snoop Dogg and Jay-Z</a> for allegedly turning a blind eye to Diddy’s abuse. But Knight also said that Diddy’s abuse toward others stemmed from the abuse he dealt with when he was new to the industry.</p>
<p id=”par-4_22″>Chris Cuomo asked Knight, “Is that what you’re suggesting about Sean Combs, that he was sexually abused, and he now sexually abuses?”</p>
<p id=”par-5_19″>Knight responded with a resounding yes. “Yeah, I think that’s absolutely right. I think it was done to him.”</p>

<p id=”par-6_38″>Knight called out Diddy for his abuse, but he also made it clear that Diddy wasn’t the only person who committed actions like this. He suggested that Diddy walked into that lifestyle when he first entered the industry.</p>
<p id=”par-7_27″>Diddy “stepped in sh**,” Knight said. “Even if he wiped off his shoe, it still stinks. But he’s not the only one. They got all the tapes.”</p>
<p id=”par-8_52″>Knight also said that newbies in the industry would be forced into abuse, including what he referred to as the “egg test,” which involved sticking an egg up an inappropriate part of the body. Knight said that was just one aspect of the abuse many new rappers saw when entering the industry.</p>
<p id=”par-9_37″>“This been going on in the industry for a whole bunch of years, for decades and at the same time,” Knight said. “You know, nobody wanted [it] to be true, and it shouldn’t have to be true.”</p>
