Two customers fatally shot by employee during argument at Wrightwood fast food restaurant, police say

Two men were fatally shot by an employee at a fast food restaurant Monday night in Wrightwood on the Southwest Side.

Around 10:30 p.m., two men, 55 and 56, were arguing with the male employee inside the restaurant in the 7800 block of South Western Avenue when he opened fire, Chicago police said.

The younger man was shot in the face and the older man was shot in the head, police said. Both were dead at the scene.

Area One detectives are investigating and no arrests were made.
