Combs pleaded not guilty to charges of sex trafficking, transportation to engage in prostitution, and racketeering. Combs’ alleged <a href=”https://www.cheatsheet.com/entertainment/diddy-wanted-locks-doors-air-conditioning-kinky-parties.html/”>sex parties, called “freak-offs,”</a> involved criminal activity, according to prosecutors. Singer Good Fridae spoke to <a href=”https://www.the-sun.com/entertainment/12547436/diddys-wild-freak-off-parties-nba-players-girls-cocaine/” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>The U.S. Sun</a> about meeting Combs in the late ’90s with her friend. According to Fridae, Combs complimented her on her looks. He then invited her and her friend to a party at his home. </p>
<p id=”par-3_61″>“I told him, ‘Um, we don’t have our IDs, we’re underage,’” Fridae recounted. “He was like, ‘Oh, I don’t check IDs at my party.’ And then he said, ‘He’s gonna give you details.’ He pointed to one of his security guards to give us his details so we could get out of the way so the others could get their autographs.”</p>
<p id=”par-4_14″>Fridae and her friend attended one of Combs’ infamous sex parties at just 16.</p>
<p id=”par-5_57″>“There was a lot of sex going on; there wasn’t anyone underage, but a lot of dancers and hired people that were there,” Fridae told the publication. “None of the artists that I saw were engaged in those activities, but there were a lot of NBA players and a lot of executives and whatnot with the girls.”</p>
<p id=”par-6_59″>Fridae added that Combs’ parties involved a lot of “pills” and “baggies” in corners. “People were just picking them up and taking them; people were offering me different things. I was saying no,” she continued. She said she and a few other artists were not engaging in drug usage, as she was “too paranoid” to let her guard down.</p>
<p id=”par-7_44″>The singer added that she initially didn’t like Combs’ “energy” when they first met, as he had a “creepy” demeanor. “When I first initially met him, I didn’t like his energy,” she said. “There was something about his energy, to me, that was off.”</p>

<p id=”par-8_37″>Sean “Diddy” Combs claims he didn’t participate in any illegal activities during the parties at his home. However, federal prosecutors think celebrities connected to Combs’ parties should stay worried, as they should expect to get called. </p>
<p id=”par-9_37″>“They are very much treating this matter like a mobster case … and articulating various roles that different people played in supporting the conspiracy,” criminal defense attorney Louis Shapiro said, according to the <a href=”https://www.latimes.com/california/story/2024-09-27/sean-diddy-combs-sex-trafficking-prosecution-more-like-a-mob-case-than-weinstein-with-racketeering” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Los Angeles Times</a>. </p>
<p id=”par-10_59″>Former federal prosecutor Neama Rahmani said famous folks caught at the freak-offs have a lot to worry about. “If I were a celebrity who participated in one of Combs’ freak-offs, I would be shaking in my boots,” he said. “At best, they’re a witness in a case that is very likely going to trial. At worst, they’re a co-defendant.”</p>

An insider close to Combs’ family told <a href=”https://people.com/sean-diddy-combs-has-briefly-spoken-to-his-children-from-jail-exclusive-8716947″ target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>People</a> that his kids are “in a state of crisis and shock” over his arrest. </p>
<p id=”par-12_33″>“It’s heartbreaking to see the children in the state they’re in,” the source said. “This is their father. But to them, he’s not Diddy — he’s Dad. He has always been a loving, devoted father.”</p>
<p id=”par-13_17″>Combs’ attorney, Marc Agnifilo, says the hip-hop mogul will fight the charges “with all of his energy.”</p>
<p id=”par-14_38″>“He’s going to fight this with all of his energy and all of his might and the full confidence of his lawyers, and I expect a long battle with a good result for Mr. Combs,” Agnifilo said. </p>
