Two men accused of indecent exposure in Campbell

Sept. 16

PETTY THEFT: 400 block of Harrison Avenue. A man entered the victim’s property and took an item from the property without permission. A bulbed glass pipe with dry residue inside it was located on his person.

RETAIL THEFT: 500 block of East Hamilton Avenue. A woman and a man were stopped after exiting a store without paying. They were in possession of more stolen property, and the man was in possession of burglary tools.

BATTERY, HIT AND RUN, DUI: 1900 block of South Bascom Avenue. A man struck the victim with an open hand, then drove his vehicle and collided with a cement pillar in the parking garage before leaving the scene. He was stopped a short distance away, found to be DUI and placed under arrest.

GRAND THEFT: 900 block of West Hamilton Avenue. Two people broke into a locked liquor room and stole two shopping carts filled with approximately $3,000 in liquor.

Sept. 17

VEHICLE THEFT: 500 block of West Hacienda Avenue. A black 2017 Hyundai Sonata was stolen.

THEFT, VANDALISM: 1900 block of South Bascom Avenue. A woman damaged the safe at a business and stole approximately $2,200 in cash.

VEHICLE THEFT: South Winchester Boulevard. A woman stole keys and then a vehicle. She abandoned the vehicle and was found shortly afterward. During search incident to arrest, paraphernalia was located in her belongings.

INDECENT EXPOSURE: 800 block of West Hamilton Avenue. A man was masturbating in public across the street from a school with about 30 kids present.

PASSING COUNTERFEIT BILLS : 500 block of East Hamilton Avenue. A man used fake money to pay for items and exited the store with the merchandise. He had more fake money inside of his wallet and  was on probation for the same charge.

VANDALISM, EXHIBITING DEADLY WEAPON, BATTERY: East Hamilton and South Bascom avenue. During a road rage incident, a man who was with his 12-year-old child struck two victims with objects he threw at them and brandished a knife. He also kicked the door of one victim’s vehicle, causing damage. A search of the suspect and his vehicle located illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia within reach of his child.

Sept. 18

BURGLARY: Ridgeley Drive and South Bascom Avenue. Some broke the passenger’s side rear window of a white Ford F150  and stole approximately $7,000 worth of tools.

ASSAULT: South Bascom Avenue and Ridgeley Drive. After a verbal argument, a person followed the victim in his vehicle and threw items at the victim but missed.

VEHICLE THEFT: South Winchester Boulevard and West Sunnyoaks Avenue. A man was contacted next to a white 2020 Chevrolet Camaro reported stolen out of San Jose. The license plates were also reported stolen. A witness provided a statement, text messages and a video of the man operating the Camaro. He was in possession of a generic key fob to the Camaro, drug paraphernalia and suspected methamphetamine.

Sept. 19

PETTY THEFT : 200 block of Union Avenue. Someone stole the front and rear plates from a beige Honda CRV and replaced them with other plates.

RETAIL THEFT: 500 block of East Hamilton Avenue.Two women stole clothing and jewelry valued at approximately $500 and were detained after exiting the store. One woman provided a false name in order to try to conceal multiple outstanding warrants. The other was in possession of methamphetamine.

Sept. 20

VEHICLE THEFT: West Latimer Avenue and Superior Drive. A 1997 green Jeep Cherokee was stolen.

INDECENT EXPOSURE: 400 block of East Hamilton Avenue. A man was observed masturbating. He was contacted and admitted to it.

Sept. 21

SELLING COUNTERFEIT GOODS: 400 block of East Hamilton Avenue. Two women were were selling what they knew to be imitation Apple Airpod Pros and Apple iWatch Ultras.

EXHIBITING A DEADLY WEAPON, BATTERY: 200 block of Wilton Drive. Three victims were working in an apartment when a man walked in and started a disturbance. He grabbed a bat in a threatening manner and was pushing all three victims. All three victims wanted him arrested.
