The highway was closed between exit 102 for Eagleridge Boulevard and exit 100B for 29th Street/Pueblo as of 1:56 p.m., agency officials said in a travel alert.
Drivers reported a heavy traffic jam and approximately 20-minute delay, according to CDOT.
