The interstate closed at exit 203 for Evans Avenue around 5:05 p.m., according to the Colorado Department of Transportation.

Drivers should take alternate routes where possible and expect delays in the area, CDOT officials said. No estimated time of reopening was available and multiple Waze users reported standstill traffic in the area.
