<p id=”par-4_48″>Jenn starts her season by meeting 25 contestants vying for her love at the Bachelor Mansion. The men’s ages range from 24 to 35. As for the First Impression Rose, she awards it to Sam McKinney. We’re excited to see what Jenn sees in Sam in episode 1.</p>
<p id=”par-5_85″>Sam is from the East Coast, though <em>The Bachelorette</em> Season 21 cast has a few Canadians this season. <p id=”par-7_24″>Sam is a 27-year-old contractor from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. He works as a contractor at McKinney Custom Builders in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina.</p>
<p id=”par-8_66″>Sam shared a snippet on <a href=”https://www.instagram.com/reel/C8p3yxEhcOn/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA%3D%3D” target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>Instagram</a> of his intro shown in the first episode. He explains that he was in a motorcycle accident that should’ve left him dead. The experience informs his life decisions now. “I was in a motorcycle accident, one that should’ve killed me,” he says, “and I walked away without a scratch. So, any opportunity that I get, I’m taking it head on.”</p>
<p id=”par-9_25″>“My dream is to find a girl that I could raise a family with,” he adds while a clip of him kissing Jenn plays. </p>
<p id=”par-10_50″>Sam’s Instagram shows him surrounded by family and friends. In his spare time, he loves to play flag football and is a fan of Carrie Underwood. According to his <a href=”https://abc.com/cast/a921cbd2-dcde-4543-bce4-1defb46011a7″ target=”_blank” rel=”noreferrer noopener”>ABC</a> bio, he also loves golfing and watching <em>Sons of Anarchy</em>. According to spoilers, Grant Ellis gets the first group date rose, and Marcus Schoberg has the first one-on-one date. These two dates occur in episode 2.</p>
