A 14-year-old boy is missing from Colorado Springs, according to the Colorado Springs Police Department.
Pheonix Gragg was last seen walking on Tuesday in the area of North Tejon and Kiowa streets, according to a missing at-risk juvenile post from the department.
Pheonix has blond hair and is about 5 feet tall, according to the post. He was last seen wearing gray shorts, a black T-shirt with watermelon imprints, green shoes, a black and blue Paw Patrol drawstring bag and carrying an Ohio water bottle, the alert states.
