Tori Spelling has left yet another rental home.
This time, according to neighbors, she’s left it in a state of disarray.
Even if Tori is a little too broke for The Real Housewives, she has lived in some high-end rental homes following her separation from Dean McDermott.
This time, however, she ditched a rental unexpectedly … allegedly leaving behind a colossal mess and foul-smelling filth.

Tori Spelling moved out of her old rental home much sooner than expected
According to a report by The Daily Mail, Tori Spelling moved out of her five bed, three bath San Fernando Valley rental home only four months after she signed the lease.
It sounds like she moved in late last year, and signed the lease only four months earlier. But she moved out on June 1, and obviously took her five children — 17-year-old Liam, 15-year-old Stella, 12-year-old Hattie, 11-year-old Finn, and 7-year-old Beau — with her.
The rental home cost a reported $15,000 each month at the time. Unfortunately, even that and the pricey deposit might not be enough to cover the property’s sorry state.

“It’s completely trashed,” a homeowner reported of the home after Tori Spelling’s departure.
Apparently, the hired cleanup crew filled up a “big dumpster” multiple times while ridding the house of trash.
“Let’s just say I doubt she’ll be getting her security deposit back,” Tori’s now-former neighbor suggested. She reportedly paid a $7,500 security deposit before moving in … but that might not cover her expenses.

There’s more than just clutter filling Tori’s former home, apparently
“The smell of urine is everywhere, on the couch cushions and inside the home,” the neighbor then gossiped.
The homeowner then added: “There are marks all over the walls, from who knows what.”
It is unclear how the neighbor knows this. However, Tori is famously an animal lover. Her menagerie of housepets — including dogs, pigs, chickens, guinea pigs, and more — reportedly caused problems years ahead of her divorce from Dean.

“I’d be shocked if that covered all the damages,” Tori’s former neighbor speculated of her $7,500 security deposit.
“It would cost at least that much to just replace the two couches,” they said. Again, it’s unclear how they seem to know so many specifics about the alleged state of the house.
“And look at all the workers here trying to get it back to they way it was before she moved in,” the homeowner added.

Why did Tori Spelling flee her rental home?
No one seems to know why Tori departed on June 1. Presumably, she has a new home lined up, but why break her lease?
Tori has moved out of a rental home in a hurry before. Late last year, it was after a hostage crisis in a neighboring house.
And, no matter what the neighbors seem to think, the landlord doesn’t believe that Tori has demolished the house. The home is up for rent, now asking $16,950 a month — an increase of nearly $2,000. (No matter the size of the luxurious home, that seems horrifying)
